MILLER VOLLEYBALL CONTACT LIST - SIGN UP ASAP
We need families with incoming 7th/8th graders wanting to play volleyball to complete this Google form ASAP. (We are working on building one master list.)
SIGN UP: MMS Volleyball
TRYOUTS will be on August 5th through 8th (Tues - Fri) from 3:00-5:15pm** @ DHS Main Gym.
ENTRANCE: Players will need to be dropped off at the football stadium entrance on the FAIRGROUNDS side and walk to door #38 to enter the gym. (The back side of DHS)
WHEN PLAYERS SHOULD COME:
**Tues, Aug. 5th: 7th graders will come from 3-4pm. 8th graders will come from 4:15-5:15pm.
**Weds, Aug. 6th: Same as above.
**Thurs, Aug. 7th: Girls will be informed Weds. when to come on Thursday.
**Friday, Aug. 8th: Everyone comes 3:00-5:15pm.
Players should arrive 10 minutes prior to their start time to get shoes and knee pads on. Bring a water bottle (with closed lid so no spills).
PRACTICES START August 11th. Details TBA.

PHYSICALS: At the link below, click on "Physical Form" for the sports physical. If your child has been seen by their Physician within the last year, you can call your Dr. Office, send that form to them, and ask them to complete and return this form to you. If you are unable to upload your physical, please bring a hard copy to check in the first day of tryouts. Players MUST have a current physical for July Clinics and Tryouts/Fall Season.
