Durango School District Administration Office - Summer Hours

While staff are still working, we implement an alternative schedule during the summertime which reduces staff presence in the office on Fridays.

We have many projects planned for the summer, in facilities across the district, that will enhance many of our schools including, but not limited to, installation of solar panels, transition to LED lighting, shoring up building envelopes, HVAC repairs, secure vestibule installations, space renovations, preventative and proactive maintenance and more! We are excited for these projects to get underway and more excited for what they will bring to our schools.

Over the summer, schools will not be staffed. Families who have questions about the 2024/25 school year should visit their schools’s website. In early June through early August, visit durangoschools.org and check for a Back to School FAQ on your school's website.
