Speech Team

The Speech Team at Miller Middle School prepares to perform in competition a 7-10 minute piece of published work either alone or with a partner. Students can also compete in story telling, improvisational speaking, and poetry. The team travels to 2 or 3 meets per season. They also emcee Miller’s Talent Show. The Speech Team meets on Thursdays from 3:40 to 4:45 p.m. in Mrs. Speelge’s classroom 306.
